Senior Security Engineer - AU

As a Concierge Security Engineer 2, you will be a key member of our security operations team, supporting customers with world-class security services. You'll manage technical relationships, investigate security events, configure solutions, and provide timely guidance and support to ensure customer success.

• Create and maintain outstanding customer partnerships
• Support direct delivery of security solutions
• Investigate security events and troubleshoot data sources
• Action or escalate customer requests promptly
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security role
