Security Managed Services Engineer (L2)

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) in Mumbai to ensure client security infrastructures remain operational. You will proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, managing work queues and providing second-level support to meet SLAs.

• Ensure client security infrastructures and systems remain operational
• Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems
• Handle client requests or tickets with technical expertise within SLA
• Provide second-level support and communicate with other teams and clients
• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize efforts and automate routine tasks
• Audit incident and request tickets for quality and recommend improvements
