Patient Access Coordinator

Lead the design and evolution of identity security capabilities at Happen Bank, ensuring secure and compliant access for all users and systems. This role involves setting technical direction, driving cross-functional initiatives, and establishing engineering standards for identity governance, authentication, and privileged access management.

• Set technical direction and engineering standards for identity security ecosystem
• Design and deliver scalable identity solutions using SailPoint, Okta, AWS, Terraform
• Own the design and operation of privileged access management on Delinea
• Build automation, APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code for identity management
• Define and mature non-human identity capabilities
• Lead complex identity initiatives from strategy through implementation
