About this role
As a Cybersecurity Chief Engineer at Mercer University's Engineering Research Center, you will lead technical execution for all contractual efforts, from design to operation. You will mentor technical leads, manage resources, and ensure the quality of engineering artifacts. This role also involves business development, customer engagement, and strategic planning for cybersecurity capabilities.

- Mentor technical leads and manage all technical resources
- Oversee accuracy and quality of engineering artifacts and deliverables
- Drive business development and engage with government and commercial customers
- Develop and execute long-term strategic vision for cybersecurity capabilities
- Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field with extensive experience
