Senior Incident Response Engineer

As a Senior Incident Response Engineer at Watts, you will be a key technical escalation point for our global security program. You will lead complex investigations, enhance our detection capabilities, and provide deep technical expertise across all incident response activities. This hands-on role is crucial for protecting our critical water infrastructure and ensuring the security of our cloud and enterprise environments.

• Lead complex security investigations from escalation to closure
• Investigate cloud application compromise across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Perform host, network, identity, email, and cloud forensics
• Develop and tune detections within EDR solutions like CrowdStrike
• Serve as a technical liaison for managed security service providers
• Build and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures
