Staff Application Security Engineer

As a Staff Application Security Engineer, you will own the AppSec program strategy and roadmap, embedding security into the development lifecycle from architecture and design through CI/CD integration. You will lead threat modeling, manage the AppSec toolchain, and build a security champions program to foster secure development practices across the organization.

• Define and execute AppSec program strategy and roadmap
• Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews
• Own and integrate the AppSec toolchain (SAST, SCA, DAST, etc.)
• Build and manage a security champions program
• Drive secure development practices across engineering teams
• Report on program health and security metrics to leadership
