Lead Security Engineer

FINRA is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to manage security risks and ensure applications meet quality standards. This role involves leading teams in identifying security requirements, designing controls, and developing enterprise-wide security strategies. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.

• Manage security risks through established and ad hoc processes
• Lead identification of security requirements and design of controls
• Develop and implement strategies for consistent use of security controls
• Lead operation and monitoring of security controls
• Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new security technologies
