Offensive Security Engineer

Toyota is seeking an AI Red Team Engineer to implement and scale AI-driven penetration testing and adversarial emulation capabilities. You will develop and operate AI-assisted red team tooling to simulate real-world attacker behavior, improving security across enterprise, cloud, and AI systems. This role is part of the Core Cybersecurity team at Toyota Headquarters in Plano, TX.

• Develop AI-assisted applications for offensive security workflows
• Integrate LLMs and machine learning into red team pipelines
• Build tooling to emulate attacker behavior mapped to MITRE ATT&CK
• Develop orchestration layers for multi-stage attack simulations
• Build data pipelines for security telemetry and threat intelligence
• Requires 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with Python and ML
