Head of IT & Security

NexHealth is seeking a Head of IT & Security to establish and lead their security governance, compliance, and IT operations. This player-coach role involves hands-on work in areas like incident response, vendor security, and cloud security, with the opportunity to build and develop a team.

• Own security governance, compliance, and IT programs
• Serve as Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer
• Set security standards for application security, cloud security (AWS), and access controls
• Build and develop IT and workforce security programs
• Own vendor security assessments and customer-facing trust artifacts
• Lead incident response and manage risk register
