Principal System SoC Architect

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal System SoC Architect to define and drive system-level architecture for next-generation custom silicon solutions. This role involves translating customer requirements into architectural specifications and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver high-performance custom silicon products.

• Define and own system-level architecture and technical specifications for custom silicon products
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable system-level requirements
• Drive system-level interface definition and package requirements
• Lead requirement gathering, trade-off analysis, and high-level design
• Guide the design and integration of major IP blocks and subsystems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across systems, product management, customers, and engineering teams
