Cyber Security Web Application Research Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Security Web Application Research Engineer to conduct penetration testing on web applications, mobile applications, and APIs. You will identify security defects, configure scanning tools, analyze findings, and collaborate with development teams on remediation. This role emphasizes the use of AI-enhanced security scanners and tools for defect identification and validation.

• Conduct application penetration testing for web, mobile, and APIs
• Identify security defects and weaknesses using manual and automated tools
• Configure and utilize AI-enhanced security scanners and tools
• Analyze defects, triage scan results, and generate technical reports
• Collaborate with development and security teams on remediation
• 5+ years of Cyber Security Research experience
