Head of Security Engineering

DriveWealth is seeking a Head of Security Engineering to lead the security engineering strategy and team. You will be responsible for building and maturing security capabilities across our AWS platform, Kubernetes services, and trading infrastructure, ensuring the protection of customer data and compliance with regulations. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on engineering expertise to establish scalable controls and enable innovation.

• Define and deliver multiyear security engineering strategy and roadmap
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing security engineering team
• Embed security into development, CI/CD, and infrastructure
• Secure AWS, Kubernetes, and low-latency trading infrastructure
• Build and maintain security platforms for monitoring and response
• Implement security controls for regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, GDPR)
