Identity Access Management Security Engineer

Highmark Health is seeking an Identity & Access Management Security Engineer to join their Single Sign-On (SSO)/Federation engineering team. This role involves developing, testing, and integrating IAM systems, supporting solutions like Oracle Access Manager and Entra ID, and troubleshooting complex access issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring IAM systems, providing training, and advising on best practices.

• Develop, test, implement, and integrate IAM systems and solutions
• Troubleshoot and manage resolution of issues related to identities, systems, and access
• Execute maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems
• Facilitate adoption, training, and communication of IAM capabilities
• Utilize and refine reusable strategies for enterprise-level IAM services
• Maintain awareness of legal, regulatory, and technology changes affecting operations
