Principal Cybersecurity Engineer

Workday is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the development and lifecycle support of the organization's security response tooling infrastructure. This highly technical role involves applying AI to security response processes, including incident response, threat hunting, and data loss prevention, within a hybrid work environment.

• Lead architecture, operations, and development of security response tooling (SOAR, SIEM, etc.)
• Apply AI to enhance security response processes
• Spearhead incident response and threat hunting initiatives
• Contribute to the vision and implementation of a world-class response program
• Mentor new and existing staff
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ years in technical leadership
