Manager, Security Engineering

Alkami is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a growing team focused on protecting our clients' data and environments. This role involves hands-on engagement with security tools, cross-functional collaboration, and driving the enterprise cybersecurity agenda. You will have a significant impact on our security posture and opportunities for professional growth.

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of security engineers
• Implement and manage security tools (WAF, EDR, NGAV, vulnerability scanning)
• Oversee security tool uptime and processes
• Research and implement new security tools and best practices
• Develop security engineering metrics and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives
