Advanced Practice Practioner

Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner to join their Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. This outpatient role involves managing routine follow-ups, reviewing labs, and performing minor procedures for transplant patients. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

• Join an experienced team of 2 Transplant Surgeons and two Nephrologists
• Outpatient duties include routine kidney, pancreas transplant follow-ups, lab review, and minor drain removal
• Independent patient panel in outpatient clinic
• Requires 1 year of experience as an APP
• Requires 1 year of Transplant Experience
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
