About this role
Join Bank of America's Global Markets GenAI Technology team in New York as a Senior Engineer focused on GenAI security. You will define and lead the engineering approach for complex features, enabling development efficiencies and providing technical thought leadership. This role is crucial for designing and building a global generative AI platform that leverages LLMs and data to drive revenue growth and improve business processes, with a strong emphasis on security architecture, identity and access management, and data protection.
What we are looking for
6- Define and lead engineering approach for complex GenAI security features
- Design and implement security architecture for the GenAI platform
- Enforce identity and access control models, secure API patterns
- Define and implement AI guardrails, safety controls, and RAG data security
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessment for GenAI systems
- Requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or platform security engineering
