Senior Security Managed Services Engineer

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Security Managed Services Engineer to ensure client security infrastructures remain operational. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents, manage work queues, and collaborate with automation teams to optimize processes. This role involves providing second-level support, executing changes responsibly, and assisting L1 engineers with triage.

• Ensure client security infrastructures and systems remain operational
• Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents
• Handle client requests and tickets within SLA
• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate tasks
• Provide second-level support and assist L1 engineers
• Execute changes responsibly and contribute to change management
