Senior Offensive Security Engineer (Red Team)

Lead the Red Team as a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, focusing on adversarial simulation, red teaming, and penetration testing. You will develop and execute offensive security strategy, mentor team members, and assess KeyBank's detection and response capabilities against advanced cyber adversaries in both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Lead technical and operational execution for the Red Team
• Develop and mature adversarial simulation and red team capabilities
• Conduct full-scope adversary emulation and red team operations
• Assess security across cloud platforms, identity infrastructure, and enterprise environments
• Develop and operationalize Red Team tooling and adversary emulation capabilities
• Partner with Detection Engineering, SecOps, and Incident Response for purple team exercises
