Sr Manager Cybersecurity Defense - CSIRT

Target is seeking a Senior Manager for its Cybersecurity Defense team, specifically within the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). This role involves managing a shift of analysts responsible for alert intake, triage, and response, while also developing processes and coaching the team. You will collaborate with partners to mature the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) organization, support incident response, and contribute hands-on when necessary.

• Manage incident response operations, including analysis, containment, and recovery
• Develop and maintain incident response policies, procedures, and playbooks
• Coordinate cross-functional response efforts during major security incidents
• Report on incident trends and risk insights to senior leadership
• Train and mentor incident responders and analysts
• Test and validate response readiness through exercises and simulations
