Senior Identity Governance Engineer

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Identity Governance Engineer to build and manage the governance layer of our identity fabric. You will engineer the tooling, automation, and design standards that ensure every identity, from employees to AI agents, has the right access at the right time, and that this access is auditable. This role involves close collaboration with Corporate Engineering and InfoSec to implement robust authentication, authorization, and access review processes across our diverse technology landscape.

• Engineer identity governance tooling, automation, and design standards
• Define authentication and authorization design standards
• Develop technical designs for authorization decisions and entitlement models
• Build and operate automation for user access reviews and lifecycle management
• Establish governance for non-human identities and AI agents
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate identity by design
