Security Engineer

As Revel's first Security Engineer, you will build our security program from the ground up, defining strategy and implementing controls across our platform, infrastructure, and customer deployments. You will secure software that controls critical hardware in aerospace and energy sectors, working closely with product and engineering to embed security into the architecture. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of security at Revel and grow into a leadership position.

• Build security program from scratch, defining strategy and roadmap
• Secure software controlling critical hardware in aerospace and energy
• Threat model product end-to-end and implement security requirements
• Own security for cloud, on-prem, and physical systems, including CI/CD
• Establish detection, response, and vulnerability management capabilities
• Lead compliance efforts for ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC
