Security / Information Technology Manager

Leidos is seeking a Security / Information Technology Manager to lead a team in developing and sustaining IT systems for a government contract supporting military members and their families. You will be responsible for IT strategy, system design, implementation, cybersecurity, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. This role offers the opportunity to influence system enhancements and drive the adoption of new technologies within a critical healthcare support environment.

• Lead IT strategy and system development for a military healthcare support contract
• Manage IT teams including developers, engineers, and administrators
• Oversee IT system design, implementation, cybersecurity, and compliance
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
• Experience with zero trust, MFA, HIPAA, DoD RMF, and data protection
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project lifecycles
