Application Security Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to partner with development teams in designing and implementing secure application pathways. You will lead the Application Security Scrum Team, integrating security initiatives into the development lifecycle and designing controls to enhance developer productivity and ensure secure development practices.

• Lead Application Security Scrum Team and manage security backlog
• Test web and AI applications for vulnerabilities and provide resolutions
• Architect and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins
• Design hardened build processes and implement secure software supply chain controls
• Integrate security tools (Snyk, Nexus, JFrog) into developer workflows
• Ensure security-by-design for AI agents, development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
