Associate Director, Cybersecurity Engineering

Lead a global engineering team responsible for the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our company's privileged access and secrets management capabilities. You will drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles, reduce cyber risk, and strengthen enterprise identity security through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Own and execute the enterprise PAM roadmap aligned with cybersecurity strategy
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise PAM and secrets management capabilities
• Modernize privileged access through risk-based, least-privilege, and just-in-time access models
• Lead evaluations of new PAM technologies
• Lead daily PAM engineering activities and develop team capabilities
• Partner with IAM Product Owner to manage backlog and ensure service health
