Senior Staff Penetration Testing Engineer

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Staff Penetration Testing Engineer to conduct comprehensive security assessments across cloud-native applications, infrastructure, and networks. This role involves leading red team operations, identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, and integrating AI-assisted testing frameworks. You will also provide expert security guidance, mentor junior engineers, and develop custom tooling to enhance offensive engagements.

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on cloud-native apps, infrastructure, and networks
• Execute red team operations including lateral movement and privilege escalation
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in cloud services and container platforms
• Integrate AI-assisted testing frameworks and LLM-driven automation
• Provide expert security guidance to SRE and Engineering teams
• Research and develop custom tooling for automated testing
