Cyber Detection Engineer

Join our Security Operations Centre as a Detection Engineer to develop, test, and maintain our cyber detection capabilities. You will collaborate with various security teams to enhance visibility, improve detection accuracy, and reduce false positives. This early-career role is ideal for those eager to build expertise in threat analytics, SIEM content development, and automation.

• Develop, test, and maintain SIEM detection rules and analytics
• Tune existing detections to reduce false positives and improve quality
• Investigate missed detections and support root-cause analysis
• Onboard new log sources and validate data quality
• Support detection use-case development using threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK
• Assist with automation workflows within SIEM and SOAR platforms
