Cloud Security Engineer

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain robust security controls across AWS cloud environments. You will safeguard cloud workloads by applying best practices for identity management, monitoring, and threat detection, while also developing secure AWS architectures and automating security processes. This role is crucial for ensuring our cloud infrastructure aligns with critical security and compliance frameworks.

• Design and implement security controls in AWS environments
• Safeguard cloud workloads with best practices
• Develop secure AWS architectures using IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, etc.
• Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and threat detection
• Ensure alignment with CIS, NIST, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and SOC 2
• Automate security controls and compliance checks with IaC tools

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
