Security Engineer (Remote)

Join Cisco's Application Security team to safeguard customer-facing products through advanced penetration testing and AI-driven automation. You will lead offensive security engagements, identify vulnerabilities, and provide remediation guidance to development teams, ensuring product maturity and the highest security standards.

• Lead advanced penetration testing engagements for on-prem and cloud applications
• Craft attack plans to identify vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance
• Build and operate agentic AI workflows to scale testing capabilities
• Make key risk-based decisions to ensure product security
• Champion a proactive security culture using human judgment and autonomous agents
• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience in application-level penetration testing
