Security Operations Engineer L2

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Operations Engineer L2 to manage, operate, and support SOC security platforms, ensuring their functionality, availability, and optimization. This role involves technical management of cybersecurity tools, incident resolution, change execution, and providing technical escalation support to L1 analysts.

• 3-5 years of experience in security tool operations
• Experience as Security Engineer, SOC Engineer, SIEM Administrator, or Cybersecurity Operations Engineer
• Proficiency in SIEM (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), EDR/XDR (Microsoft Defender, Crowdstrike), and Cloud (Azure, M365)
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Manage and maintain SOC platforms, EDR/XDR, email security, and SASE solutions
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors
