Security Manager

Lead and develop a security team, manage enterprise access management capabilities, and oversee annual budgets. You will partner with business units to mature access controls, support regulatory requirements, and establish governance for various identity types. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM transformations and experience in regulated environments.

• Own day-to-day operations for enterprise access management
• Lead roadmap development and automation for access management platform
• Partner with business units to mature Role-Based Access Control
• Support SOX, NERC CIP, and regulatory requirements
• Establish governance for service accounts and non-human identities
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and security risk
