Senior Security Engineer - IAM

SECU is seeking a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the design, development, and advancement of our IAM program. You will be a subject matter expert and technical lead, driving strategic initiatives in areas like PAM, SSO, IGA, and MFA. This role is crucial for optimizing IAM frameworks, automating processes, and enhancing our overall security posture.

• Design, develop, and advance SECU's IAM program
• Subject matter expert and technical lead for IAM solutions (PAM, SSO, IGA, MFA)
• Optimize IAM frameworks and automate identity processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security posture and mitigate risks
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
