Sr. IAM Cybersecurity Engineer, Enterprise Identity

Workday is seeking a Senior IAM Cybersecurity Engineer to design and support the security of employee and client identities globally. This role is crucial for advancing the company's identity security program, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will architect Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) frameworks and implement dynamic authorization models to enhance security.

• Design and support security for employee and client identities
• Advance IAM, ILM, IGA, and PAM programs
• Architect Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) frameworks
• Implement dynamic, contextual-based authorization models
• Champion shift toward Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP)
• Collaborate with business leaders and partners on security needs and threats
