About this role

Join Anthropic's founding team to develop and secure OpenBMC-based management firmware for their server fleet. You will be responsible for production firmware, manageability features, and hardening the system against sophisticated adversaries, working closely with firmware security and hardware engineers.

What we are looking for

Design and ship OpenBMC firmware and manageability features
Build management stack on DMTF/OCP standards
Implement BMC-to-BIOS/host communications
Own the BMC security posture including secure boot and attestation
Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews
Build firmware verification tooling
