Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to conduct hands-on security testing across their commercial digital product portfolio. This role involves testing web and mobile applications, APIs, cloud services, and IoT solutions to identify vulnerabilities before external discovery. You will also mentor engineers, improve testing methodologies, and collaborate with various teams to enhance product security maturity.

• Perform hands-on offensive security testing of web, mobile, APIs, cloud, and IoT products
• Plan, scope, and execute technical security assessments to identify exploitable vulnerabilities
• Support offensive security engagements and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to repeatable red team and offensive testing methods and reporting standards
• Partner with product security, engineering, and business teams to translate findings into remediation actions
