Security Engineer

Angle Finance is seeking an experienced Security Engineer for a 7-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and improving our technical security controls, with a focus on endpoint security, vulnerability management, and enhancing overall cyber resilience. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and inclusive technology team.

• Manage and improve endpoint security capabilities and technologies (EDR, MDR, XDR)
• Administer and configure security tooling including Tenable and SentinelOne
• Lead vulnerability management activities across diverse environments
• Support security incident investigation and remediation
• Requires hands-on experience with endpoint protection and vulnerability management programs
• Security-first mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
