About this role
Join The Paranoids, Yahoo's information security team, to protect our massive user base by securing containerized workloads across cloud and on-premises environments. You will be a hands-on specialist, developing security baselines, building detections, and creating secure-by-default solutions to enhance our container security program.
What we are looking for 6
- Secure container workloads on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run) and AWS (EKS, ECS)
- Harden on-premises Linux, Windows, and baremetal hosts
- Operate and improve container image scanning and SBOM tooling
- Develop container security baselines and best practices
- Build detections for container security policy enforcement
- Utilize AI tools for security automation and triage
