Staff Cloud Security Engineer

Temporal is seeking a Staff Cloud Security Engineer to secure its cloud environment across multiple clouds. You will collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to embed security into the platform and guide responsible AI usage. The role focuses on enabling secure development and shipping, acting as a security partner across the organization.

• Integrate security principles into cloud infrastructure design across AWS, GCP, Azure
• Secure core platform components and identify attack surfaces in distributed systems
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for multi-cloud environments
• Manage cloud security posture using tools like Wiz for misconfiguration and compliance
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure access and security posture
• Manage Kubernetes security posture and auditing
