About this role
As a Cyber Systems Engineer/Information System Security Engineer (ISSE), you will be instrumental in protecting national security by ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of government information systems. You will serve as the primary security advisor, leading authorization efforts, developing crucial documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate cybersecurity risks and maintain compliance with stringent DoD and DIA standards.
What we are looking for
6- Lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) efforts using RMF and ICD 503
- Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and other security documentation
- Collect and analyze Bodies of Evidence (BoEs) for security reviews
- Coordinate security milestones including ATD, IATT, and ATO
- Support security compliance, audits, and continuous monitoring activities
- Evaluate and respond to emerging threats and policy changes
Work authorization
Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
