About this role

Netflix is seeking a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design and build security solutions for their global workforce and partners. This role involves reducing risk while enabling business speed through expertise in federated authentication, user provisioning, and access management.

What we are looking for

Architect, build, and operate complex Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions
Expertise in authentication and authorization standards (OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions like Okta or Auth0
Experience with CI/CD using Java or Python
Experience running services on AWS
Consult with vendors and service providers on Identity capabilities
