Network Security Engineer

xAI is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to join their security team. This role focuses on network security technologies within cloud-native and AI-focused infrastructure, requiring expertise in firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching. You will deploy, manage, and enhance network security solutions to protect innovative technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Subject matter expert in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, routing, switching)
• Manage and deploy firewall configurations and network security devices
• Develop innovative network security solutions
• Resolve complex network security issues and provide escalation support
• Monitor and respond to security events in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency in Python, AWS, and Terraform
