Director Security Engineering

Lead the cybersecurity vision, governance, and execution for Johnson Controls' global fire detection and life safety products. This role defines the product security strategy, manages risks and vulnerabilities, and ensures compliance with regulations like the Cyber Resilience Act. You will also develop AI security governance and threat response capabilities, integrating security throughout the product lifecycle.
