Security Engineering & Architecture Manager

Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering and architecture for a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and biosciences. This hybrid role in Union Beach, NJ, involves defining the security roadmap, overseeing various security domains, and partnering with stakeholders to align security with business objectives.

• Lead cybersecurity engineering services (IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud, OT, etc.)
• Define and execute cybersecurity architecture roadmap and standards
• Oversee managed security service providers and SLAs
• Establish enterprise vulnerability management processes
• Develop security architectures for cloud, data, AI, and OT environments
• Lead enterprise Security Review Process for projects and changes
