Security Systems Technician

Leidos is seeking a Security Systems Technician to deploy and maintain advanced physical security systems, including biometric authentication and access control, at U.S. Army and DoD installations. This role involves hands-on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security hardware and software in dynamic operational environments.

• Install and integrate security system components like facial recognition hardware and biometric scanners
• Configure and test access control workstations and cloud-connected security infrastructure
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on fielded security systems
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for installation requirements
• Execute rapid response field service for system outages and equipment failures
• Document system configurations and maintenance activities

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
