About this role

As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will provide expert-level technical guidance to customers, owning and resolving complex network security issues. You will troubleshoot environments including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers, and proactively advise on solutions to enhance customer stability and security. This role involves collaborating with teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What we are looking for

Expert troubleshooting of firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and Layer 4-7 issues
Ownership of complex customer network security escalations
Proactive advising on stability and security improvements through automation
Experience with NSX-T, Palo Alto, Cisco FirePower, or F5
Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Creating documentation for support and operations tasks
