Staff Security Engineer, Vulnerability Management

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead their Vulnerability Management program. You will design and implement scalable systems for triage, prioritization, and remediation tracking across applications, infrastructure, and hardware. This role involves setting technical standards, driving high-impact initiatives, and mentoring engineers, with a focus on hardware-adjacent vulnerabilities and zero-day events.

• Lead complex vulnerability management technical initiatives and architecture decisions
• Design and build scalable triage automation and end-to-end workflow components
• Provide technical leadership on hardware-adjacent vulnerabilities (GPU/DPU firmware, BMC)
• Act as senior technical responder for embargoed disclosures and zero-day events
• Improve prioritization logic, severity models, and exception workflows
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional technical initiatives
