Director, Cybersecurity Engineering

Lead our enterprise Zero Trust security program as the Director of Cybersecurity Engineering. You will be responsible for the strategy, architecture, and implementation of our Zscaler-based SASE platform, ensuring secure access across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and leveraging AI to enhance security operations.

• Lead Zero Trust infrastructure security strategy and engineering
• Design, deploy, and operate Zscaler SASE platform
• Integrate Zero Trust principles across enterprise systems
• Leverage AI for threat detection and automation
• Mentor and develop a team of Zero Trust engineers
• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ in Zero Trust/Zscaler
