This hybrid role in San Francisco involves leading secure design, threat modeling for AI systems, building security guardrails, and establishing governance frameworks.

• Define and evolve AI security strategy for sensitive mental health data
• Lead secure design and threat modeling for AI systems (LLMs, agentic workflows)
• Identify and mitigate AI risks like prompt injection and data exfiltration
• Build scalable AI security guardrails and tooling
• Establish AI-specific governance frameworks
• Lead AI Red Team to proactively identify vulnerabilities
