Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to join their Assets Protection team. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of guests and team members, mitigating risks, and preventing theft and fraud. You will use intelligence-led tactics, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment.

• Use intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Leverage de-escalation tactics
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and apprehension support
• Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store
• Use Target's video surveillance system
