Sr Engineering Manager – Operational Technology Security

Lead a team of engineers responsible for building, operating, and scaling operational technology (OT) security capabilities across Target's OT infrastructure. You will own platforms and pipelines for OT asset visibility, risk prioritization, endpoint hardening, and remediation routing, partnering with various infrastructure and security teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, a builder's mindset, and excellent communication skills to ensure safe and secure engineering practices in critical environments.

• Lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers for OT security capabilities
• Establish stakeholder communication and drive requirements with partner teams
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team
• Own end-to-end engineering, deployment, and operation of OT security platforms
• Manage OT vulnerability and exposure, secure-configuration assurance, and endpoint security
• Translate ISA/IEC 62443 requirements into an engineering roadmap
